ALFA-SAI Investment&Management Office is an independent company that offers comprehensive project management services in South and South-West Poland. We operate both in the private and public sectors. We specialize in the management of construction projects ranging from planning and design, through the development of investment execution strategies, the organization of tenders for construction works, the supervision of the construction works until the project is put into use. Our goal is to efficiently execute the investment within a specified time, according to the contract documentation, in accordance with budgeted assumptions, with the highest possible quality of services and construction works, as well as care for the interests of Investors in accordance with the principles of professional ethics and high standards.
Our mission is responsibility, professionalism and creativity. We operate locally, based on the experience gained in realizing investments for international Investors.
