Consultancy and project management of the construction process throughout the entire investment cycle, ie. at the planning, development and design stage, in tenders and at the stage of execution of works and transfer of the investment to use:
assist in choosing the right investment location;
development of feasibility studies (including initial investment schedule and initial budget);
development of contract documentation, including the Specification of Essential Terms of Contract, also as required by the Polish Public Procurement Law or FIDIC standards;
control the project budget, including control over settlements between the general contractor and subcontractors;
acting as a Contract Engineer (also “Engineer” in accordance with FIDIC standards);
performing the function of the Investor Supervision Inspector (as required by the Polish Building Law Act) or technical controller;
conduct periodical technical inspections of buildings (as required by the Polish Building Law Act);
develop technical opinions in the area of construction matters;
